Having watched many young working people struggle to maintain a, very low, standard of living in Brighton Sussex I feel I must try to do something to help them. Rental prices and the general cost of living in Brighton demand a weighting on par with London. The City of Brighton and Hove is increasingly becoming home to high profile companies whilst the ability to live a happy and secure life is diminishing.
I would urge American Express to lead the way in providing their employees with a Brighton weighting commensurate with that of London thereby recognising this very important issue.
