We the undersigned home owners that live in 300 and 400 blocks of 43rd and 44th Avenues (known as Kennedy Place), are against the subleasing to a business that wants to sale fire wood, on the south east corner of Kennedy Drive and 44th Avenue.
We find the structuere to store the wood, is being poorly built and is a eye sore to the entrance of our subdivision. The under signed also feel, storing wood will bring rodents and other unknown creatures to our area.
In closing, we feel this area should not be zoned for this type of business. With new homes continuing to be built in our neighborhood and the possible sale of Hope Creek, we believe this would be a detrimate to attracting anyone to purchase property in this area.
