Change Drew's Name to 'Duncan'

My best friend Drew was wrongly named by his parents after a derranged pedohpile in his neighborhood; he would legally want his name to be "Duncan" (after the yo-yo company that gave him comfort during his younger years), but is only seventeen and is unable to claim such rights. We need your help!
