Uganda's lawmakers have just passed the infamous Anti-Homosexuality Bill. While the legislation doesn't condemn gay people to the death penalty, the bill could mean life in prison for repeat offenders.
The legislation would also make it a crime to not tell the police about someone they know to be gay, preparing the ground for an anti-gay witchhunt.
Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni refused to sign the bill once. We the undersigned urge him to be just as reasonable again and reject this odious bill!
