Demand an End to all animal cruelty, NOW!

I see animal cruelty going on everywhere.. some people may not even notice it like a dog being chained up outside in the cold.. people may think there is nothing wrong with this but there is you do not leave a dog out in the cold you wouldn't leave your child out there like that so why leave a dog out there like that? Or any kind of animals. Animals deserve the same rights as us & should be treated just as fair. I want all animal cruelty to stop & to help them
