Nationwide Mandatory Spay/Neuter For All Dogs And Cats Who Are Solely Companion Animals

Far too many  healthy dogs and cats are being killed in shelters. Too many oops liters. Too many people surrendering their pets. Puppy mills and back yard breeders contribute to this problem. If all copanion dogs and cats were spayed/neutered, that would put a dent in this huge problem. This would not include breeding of better search and rescue dogs. Show dogs and cats. Breeding for a better security and police dog. Breeding for a better assistance or service partner.  This petition is to end breeding purely for profit !  Because of PURE GREED dogs and cats are dying.
