I ran a Facebook ad. Then one year later money started to be taken out of my bank account by Facebook even though I was not running an ad at the time. Four separate withdrawals were done by Facebook before we could cancel the card and stop them. I emailed them straight away but never got a reply. There is no way to contact them over the phone.
Finally recently I found a way to communicate with them although it was over two years since the incident. Facebook make it that difficult for users to contact them. I have discovered in my research that this has happened many other people who have lost money and can't find a way to contact them.
When I asked Facebook to refund me the £266.65 they said they would as they admitted my account had been compromised. But now they are refusing to pay as I contacted them later than 30 days after the initial issue. I did contact them, they just didn't reply.
I told them I would run this campaign and their candid response was "I hope your campaign is successful" and with your help it will be!
Mark Zuckerberg is worth an estimated $33.1 billion, I think he can afford to pay all of us back not just me don't you agree?
Please help me in this fight. As together we are stronger!
