It's beyond justice and is totally unconstitutional that employees should be subject to hand over their personal Facebook information to employers. If a person is not under investigation the watchful eye of the law or have any suspicion about themselves, their personal Facebook should not be a factor when it comes.down to their professionalism and job performance. IT'S ENTERTAINMENT
