Universal Background Check for all gun buyers, owners, and gun users in the United States

We need a reasonable and tough Universal Background Check System just like what they passed in New York. This Universal background Check must be able to keep wackos from buying guns, criminals from buying, mental health patients from buying guns, people who buy guns online buy the guns the right way, people who buy guns at gun shows to buy  guns the right way. Please let your Government officials and that idiot Harry Reid that we need this legislation passed and pass it now, by signing this petition.
