Do not allow the hunting and murdering of strays to become an option of animal control.
The city of Fayetteville, NC purposed an idea to eliminate stray dogs. This idea is not humane. With the money used to pay these murders, you can instead build a no kill shelter. Fund a catch and release program. Fund spaying and neutering of stray animals. If Michael Vick's dogs can be rehabilitated then so can strays. Please sign the petition to let the city of Fayetteville know that there are better options then murder.
