Petition Against Parole of Sex Offender

  • recipient: Sex Offender Ealion Lee Lance convicted on 2 counts of rape of a child and 2 counts of incest, currently incarcerated at Southeastern TN State Regional Correctional Facility in Pikeville, having served only 12 years of his 25 year sentence.
Dear Friends,
    Would you please join me in signing this petition against the parole of the sex offender who raped my daughter when she was only 4 years old. We must take a stand to let the Board of Probation and Parole know that we want our families to be safe from this sex offender by keeping him behind bars where he belongs.
