Save The Children from The Internet

We the undersigned want to protect little children from all the horrible corruption and greed on the internets.
But we acknowledge that it's an impossible task to attempt to pass laws limiting the free speech of adults world wide.
So to preserve our God given rights to free speech, we hereby propose governments, especially those in the Western world, make it a crime to allow children unsupervised access to the internets.

All adults who attemot to use the internets and television as a substitute for parental supervision, or as a baby sitter will be charged with and convicted of a class A felony; will be imprisoned for no less than 25 years, with no parole, and will lose their parental privileges forever. Further any parent or guardian found guilty of this crime will have to undergo mandatory sterilization since  anyone who would neglect their own child certainly cannot be cured and so should therefore be "fixed" by the state.

Parents accused of this crime, with just cause, will be required to be on a registry created for this purpose because as we all know, "where there's smoke, there's fire" and  nobody is ever accused unless there're guilty.

This legislation will stop children from gaining knowledge that is too mature for their tender sensibilities, not only knowledge having to do with sex, but also they will be kept from people who would teach them false doctrine, for example that Global Warming is natural and not man made, or that eating animals is good. It would also prevent children from being exposed to the greed of capitalism.
