Max penalty for Connecticut woman that severely emaciated her horses

Lisa Lind-Larsen, 75 of Redding, Connecticut, neglected and severely emaciated her two horses. Upon visiting the woman’s farm back in July, officials found the horses severely starved, fly-bitten and living in deplorable, unsanitary conditions. Fortunately, the horses are currently at a facility in Niantic and recovering well, but we demand that maximum penalty is sought for such a horrendous crime.
