Customers against Frontier Communications*

We the customers of Frontier Communications would like to take a moment to inform Frontier that we are unsatisfied with the way that Frontier has chosen to disregard the importance of its customer base.

Most specifically

The blame / runaround game customers receive when calling customer service.

The unreasonable wait time for a service call.

Taking time off from work (losing pay) only to have the service people be a no show.

No local customer service, most especially when you reach a person in another state and or country.

We would like Frontier to understand that our time and our dollar are as important Frontier's.

We demand that Frontier honor it's customers and provide the service promised.
