Ok, breath deeply for a second and then take this in. Let's get ready for pure unadulterated epicness.
Arguably the greatest Batman and Joker of all time, Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill, respectively, have never suited up in legit costumes in a legit production showcasing their live-action talents as those characters they embody so well. I know, totally ridiculous, surprising and unbelievable. I mean, here's the truth of it. If Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill suited up in custom-made costumes and acted out the interrogation scene in The Dark Knight, we would all lose it. It would be greatness of epic proportions. Let's keep thinking about this. Imagine Mr. Hamill all gussied up in a tailored Joker costume. Face paint. Scars. Now to Mr. Conroy. Dark and brooding. Create a new costume design just for this man for crying out loud. Something modern and epic with respect to the past. Now throw them into that interrogation room and film it with a legit budget. Viral is not the word for what this would be. Global is not the word for what this would be. Let Mr. Conroy show up to the Police Station in an awesome Batmobile. I mean come on, how has this never happened? They could do 3 or 4 short vignettes...and then...oh my, the fifth and last short vignette could be the start of Batman Beyond. Stop it. Please, it's too much.
You know you want to see this. EVERYONE wants to see this. This is something that should already exist. All of the details may not be ironed out, but the idea...the idea is pure and magical. Let's see what we can do with this petition...
