British Telecom needs to offer an Internet and phone without constant faults

After three years of continuous faults on our telephone line, and unreliable internet, I have realised through speaking to others that this is causing a problem elsewhere. By signing this petition you will to bring this to the attention of BT, and we can ask them to be answerable as to giving customers what they promise within their advertising campaigns. Everything is paperless and a telephone and internet is vitally important to us all. This is the whole government strategy to go digital and already happened. Without asking for an independent enquiry BT are quite simply being allowed to fall short of what is needed.

British Telecom has already faced court action for not providing the necessary telecommunications and internet to many customers. BT has still avoided repairs and installations so vitally important to the infrastructure. This petition is to bring these concerns of continuous faults on telephone lines as internet connectivity issues exist daily and the seriousness will be brought to their attention. Telephone lines are antiquated according to engineers with seriously needed new lines desperately over due. The cables are not able to work alongside the fragmented old crumbling mess.  Hence a new complete understanding of how and why this is happening needs to be appreciated by BT, and remedies planned to improve our lives.
