"Save the Classic Shows on Boomerang from Cartoon Network and STOP the New Shows from Continuing!!!!"

  • When did Boomerang first Launched?: In April 1, 2000, Cartoon Network's sister channel, known as Boomerang, was launched in worldwide T.V. On that day, there were many classic shows on the channel, such as The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Tom and Jerry, Yogi Bear, Huckleberry Hound, Scooby Doo Where Are You, Popeye, Smurfs, and many good classic shows. On January 19, 2015, the original Boomerang was rebranded and cause the original bumpers to be removed.
  • Why is this an issue?: The new version of Boomerang is less interesting because of the shows they added in like Bunnicula, Be Cool Scooby-Doo, New Looney Tunes, Sonic Boom, My Knight and Me, Grojband, and Grizzy and the Lemmings are boring to watch. The original Boomerang is better than the new version of Boomerang because it not only aired the classic shows, but recent shows as well. As a result, people are more interested in the original Boomerang than the new one. There are many good reasons to people liking the original Boomerang. It made a good enough impact to the point that it doesn't matter what the network executives think; instead, it matters what people think when they are watching the original Boomerang on T.V. Furthermore, there are people around the world who grew up with the original Boomerang and they will tell you their good experience with the channel.
  • How Can We Help?: Sign this petition. It is possible that the network executives will make the decision to return all of the classic shows and bumpers they canceled. If the network executives of Boomerang from Cartoon Network channel refuse to listen about bring back the original Boomerang, they can at least combine the original bumpers with the new Boomerang, so that it can be an improvement. For example, they can use the original Boomerang bumpers with the background design from the new version of Boomerang. 
  • Please sign this petition to persuade Christina Miller, who is the president of Turner's Boomerang from Cartoon Network to bring back the original Boomerang. 
  • What is the Purpose?: The purpose is to have a place for all of the famous and classic cartoon characters.
