REPLACE THE MANGEMENT COMPANY AT THE PINES AT SOUTH MOUNTAIN

Rossmar has not been doing a good job of managing the Pines for a long time.  Landscape issues continue and never get resolved, repairs take months to get completed, and they keep saying it's going to be resolved and never does. 

Attached are pictures, all taken on the same day, of our grass and the grass at The Pines at The Raven.  Everyone elses property looks nice.  It's time for a change instead of excuses.
