Royal air maroc ticket cancellation without authorisation

A passenger was to fly on the 3rd of June on Royal Air Maroc on flight AT 201 and the airline canceled the class of travel which was a T (tango) class  and replaced it with a higher class V (victor) which was more expensive. when the passenger wanted to board the airline refused to check him in and delayed him until the counter closed and forced him to pay a difference of $604 for an upgrade on the next available flight out of JFK. The passengers right was violated and he was wrongfully extorted for the negligence of the airline not being able to carry out their operations properly.
I propose the airline tenders an unreserved apology to the passenger and a total refund of the payed amount made to the passenger. I propose another $300 is payed to the passenger for inconveniences during his flight as his original ticket was to have a 4hr stop over in casablanca before connecting to lagos Nigeria but the ticket that was issued in replacement gave him almost 17hrs lay over in Casablanca air port.
the compensation is demanded due to the stress the airline put the passenger through during the long wait and emotional problems the airline must have caused the passenger.
