Chicago Rents Need to Be Lowered and Stabilized!

Chicago rent has hit an all time high. So much so that Middle class cant afford the rent. Working Professionals are getting roommates. Its not okay that a run down basic 1 bedroom apartment in say for example Hyde Park is 1000.00. That's too much! The landlords and realty's have to be Regulated! Lets stop them from taking money from hardworking people!
