Support Teleworking at UNFI

If UNFI implemented a telework policy (see proposal) for both situational/ad-hoc and regular/recurring schedules, then it would provide the company with formal guidelines and reduce the inequity with informal arrangements today. The purpose of the policy is to establish guidelines whereby UNFI employees, including all business units/divisions, can work at home or at another approved alternative offsite location. Employees in certain positions may not be eligible for teleworking (see proposal).
