Symantec unfair management practices

Some teams at Symantec has a history of hiring foreign/local labor and paying them meager wage while systematically destroying their career.
When questioned, such VP's resort to suppressing the employee by means of :-
a) Vocally raising their voices
b) Systematically citing poor performances and harsh partially correct statements
c) Leaving employee in state of confusion for years while eventually kicking them out.

Lets all take a pledge to make people aware of systematic corporate cutting by a few bad apples.
