The situation for stray dogs in Brasov county is SO HORRIBLE that only with a strong voice from around the world, something might help them. This video has been presented to a Confenrence for Animals in Munchen Germany - warning - it is disturbing

These animals are KILLED mercilessly by a newly formed organization DMPA ( sort of Agency for the Monitoring and "Protection of Animals") in Brasov county, where 10 town hall participate, having as President the MOST NOTORIOUS DOGS KILLER Romania has ever produced Flavius Barbulescu, from Brasov. The shelter where they dump the poor dogs picked up from the streets of these town is a HELL HOLE....the dog catchers are NOT qualified to use the tranquilizer gun, they act in a barbaric way with the animals, the animals in the shelter are left without food nor water...that place MUST BE SHUT DOWN and these criminals and their protectors brought to justice. The world can not tolerate the way animals are treated in Romania.
In the text of the petition we ask for the immediate closure of the HORRIBLE HELL HOLE which is the shelter DMPA runs in Rasnov, Romania, we ask for the immediate opening of a investigation in the activities and finances of this organization DMPA, and the actions of each individual related with DMPA and Flavius Barbulescu, the immediat start of the trials of Flavius Barbulescu in Brasov Romania, based on the legal complains filled against him already.

We ask that Flavius Barbulescu and his accomplices ( in all his activities , including the Mayors and Deputy Mayors from Brasov, Codlea, Sacele, Rasnov, Predeal, Sanpetru, Halchiu, Harman, GHimbav, Cristian and Bran ) be brought to justice and punished for their horrible actions.
Cerem ca Flavius Barbulescu si complicii lui ( in toate actiunile sale, inclusiv primarii si vice-primarii din Brasov, Codlea, Sacele, Rasnov, Predeal, Sanpetru, Halchiu, Harman, Ghimbav, Cristian si Bran ) se fie deferiti justitiei si sa fie pedepsiti pentru actiunile lor.
We are shocked by this barbarism and we will think twice before deciding to visit Romania.
Suntem socati de acest barbarism si ne von gandi de doua ori, inainte de a hotara sa vizitam Romania.
Any more massacres will not be tolerated. It has to stop. Now.
