Dear friends!!!
We created this petition not to collect money — we ask about Justice and in it we NEED YOUR HELP!
In 2014 three persons conceived and began to perform the project on creation of the first vegetarian Art cafe to which became Aurovill. Their idea included the concept of the Indian settlement of Aurovill according to which people of any race, religions and nationalities can having gathered well, spend time in good company and spiritual development. And 2 years ago this project at last was performed. An Art-space worked even in times of big crisis for Russia, performing both entertaining and charitable projects. Here masterclasses and concerts of bands and actors held are regularly arranged as it is free and on the freedonation system. The vegetarian, nonalcoholic cafe which is regularly participating in charitable actions works — we regularly feed the space supporting the people who appeared in a difficult life situation — the Nochlezka house project, we help behavior of the social projects connected with oblegcheny lives of children from boarding schools and in general we try to help any person in need than and when we can. Three persons — the DJ, the actor and the specialist in drama study founded Aurovill. People it were not the rich and to any business relations the equalities which before don't have, but very spiritualized by the ideas of good and a brotherhood of all people. One of them is our Ksenia. Being a specialist in drama study she borrowed 1 million rubles on the security of the apartment which helped to continue a construction of cafe.

There were difficulties both organizational and financial, but she regularly paid percent from this debt to that who provided this loan — to Galeyev V. T. within a year. But after its expiration it faced that amount of debt because of currency fluctuations grew by 2,5 times. The creditor filed a lawsuit against increase in amount of debt and achieved the positive decision. Besides in the agreement the enslaving percent of a penalty — 1% a day (you remember, how in the dashing nineties) And such magic image taken in April, 2014 1mln.r was specified. - in October, 2016 turned into 3,2 million!!! Not too fair lawyers made everything to drag out process and to complicate a possibility of submission of appeals. But even after creation of the voluntary settlement which is most corresponding to the law on which Ksenia was ready to give the main amount with percent court after consideration of the case within several minutes (!!!) even plainly without having studied case papers... recognized ALL requirements of the claimant (i.e. on 3,2mln.r.) legal also decided to sell Ksenia's apartment from the hammer and to evict from Ksenia, her daughter, the son and two minor grandsons, their favourite cat and a dog on the street.
And there is more to come. Helping Ksenia to resolve this issue and study all these legal proceedings, - we were surprised to found that our legal case with these the claimant not the only thing, and is right now under consideration about twenty similar cases!!! Thus, the scheme of crediting with huge percent and further collecting of apartments and other property is already very well knurled and most likely many officials whose obligation is respect for justice, but not violations of the law are involved here!!!
