STOP the Inhumane Treatement at Northern Puppies (Plattsburgh Plaza)

This petition is to help change the way animals are being treated at a local pet shop in Plattsburgh NY. Northern Puppies animals are taken care of poorly and your signatures help to change that. This is not to shut them down but open eyes. The result of these actions is not our responsibility. We are simply for the animals. If however she continues to treat animals in this cruel\inhumane fashion we demand her license be revoked permantely.
