Give The Max Sentence To Jannice Aguilar

This woman must get the max sentence allowed by you state law.She has already been found guilty and goes to court for sentencing on April 9th 2013.What she did to that little innocent 8 week old puppy is inexcusable.

According to Wednesday's publication of the Sierra Star , a 39-year-old woman from Oakhurst, Calif., has been convicted of felony cruelty to animals for severely beating a young puppy last August.

Jannice Aguilar was convicted last week at the Sierra Division of the Madera Superior Court at Bass Lake.

Aguilar faced felony cruelty charges after a witness observed her repeatedly punching a puppy in the face. The beating was so severe that the puppy's eye became dislocated from its socket.

According to SF Weekly, the eight-week-old Labrador retriever puppy was eventually humanely euthanized as a result of the grievous injuries.

After being arrested, Aguilar tried to blame the puppy's injuries on an attack by a pit bull.

Aguilar will be sentenced for her crime on April 9.
