Severe Punishment for Santa's Abuser

This 11 year old neglected innocent pooch was found and rushed to Valle Colino’ shelter located in Tenerife, Spain. Despite being severely emaicated and having not eaten in over 2 weeks, vets are saying he will recover, and is receiving the best in medical care. We have still, however, not heard anything from the shelter regarding the owner's identity. Urge the authorities to commence a thorough investigation and punish the owner to the fullest extent!
