Our safety in the building!

Becuase of the recent attemped robbery on apartment #105 and the disturbances on all the other apartments we the tenants that reside at 9-19 roseville ave demand that the owner of the building has a gatted parking lot as it said in our lease that its suppose to be, locked outside doors as they are suppose to be and that we actually have the keys too. Working lights in the outside area of the building so we can actuay see where we are walking. And working camaras. Until said demands are met we going to pay rent!!
