Strict Animal Abuse Laws In South Carolina

In South Carolina there have been more and more animal abuse everyday and not strict enough laws for animals who are abused and neglected.  South Carolina is behind on animal abuse laws than any other state.  We ask that you please be the voice of these animals and strenghten the animal abuse and neglect laws to be tougher and harsher penalties.
