Demand the Big Three auto companies give their workers the raises they deserve!

The United Autoworkers union have called a historic strike, shutting down production at major plants belonging to the Big Three auto companies until they get the raises and benefits they deserve.

The companies can well afford to pay them. The Big Three have made $250 billion over the last decade, $21 billion in the first six months of 2023 alone, but instead of distributing any of that staggering profit to the people who actually make the cars the company sells, they increased CEO pay by 40% while spending billions of dollars on stock buybacks, funneling money into shareholder pockets while leaving workers out in the cold.

Tell the auto companies to pay their workers what they deserve!

"While the Big Three executives and shareholders got rich, UAW members got left behind," said UAW president Shawn Fain in a video update to members. "A newly hired autoworker at the Big Three today makes less than what they made in 2007. Meanwhile, car sales are down while big profits are way up."

For far too long, CEOs and shareholders have made a killing while workers received less and less pay for more and more productive work. It's time for the Big Three auto companies to pay their workers what they deserve!

Demand the Big Three auto companies give their workers the raises they deserve!
