stop Condominium Treasurer from making decision without the vote of property owners

the person acting as treasurer of the condo association, has against by laws, continued to make decision about the use of monies, not belonging to her.
1. increasing association fees without consult of other office members
2. continues to raise condominium association fees unnecessarily without hoding a meeting or meetings involving all owners.
3. the treasurer continues to make decision without consulting with owners or office holders to her intent.
4. allowed for the complex to be changed to a rental type property without full cooperation of all condominium owners.

This is for residents of 7405 w tiffany drive to sign in response to continual increases in association fees.  This is due to continued disrepect from Treasurer regarding the rights of the owners of the condiminums in this buidling. She continues to believe she has inherited theright to usurp autority of the continued car of the building and residence of 12 separate units.  Only are her immediate needs addressed while other situations are neglected. She also without a vote spent  20,000.00 without consent of other condominium owners. Then placed a time frame with legal ramifications if not paid within her required time frame alloted while  ingnoringother request and suggestions for a more reasonable solution. She needs to be held responsible for her decisions, and accrue any fees that have been accrued due to hiring a lawyer to collect this payment. i feel this was so illegal and deft of character of what is suppose to be made up of democratic decisions.
