Cat tied onto the hood of a driving car by and elderly woman in Ohio, we want justice!!!

http://www.nydailynews.com/.../ohio-cat-pictured-tied This is the news video about a poor defenseless cat who´s been tied onto the hood of a driving SUV car by an elderly woman, a young lady saw this and took some photos which she posted on Facebook later, those went viral, the elderly woma´s been grinning in her car: https://www.facebook.com/polly.vandall/posts/815332525203409
Now we demand justice for the poor cat, no one knows what happened after the young lady had taken the photos, it´s only clear that the cat was horrified and had a lot of distress!!! Please, FBI, investigate in this horrible case of animal abuse.
