Let Free Hot Soup For Kansas City Feed the Homeless! No More Dumping Bleach on Their Food!

Free Hot Soup For Kansas City has offered up meals for the homeless for years, but Health Department officials ruined food intended for homeless people by pouring bleach on it last week.

This is inexcusable! People should be allowed to offer such assistance without interference from ridiculous government bureaucracy. No person or organization should need a permit just to feed the hungry.

We the undersigned call upon the Kansas City Health Department to allow Free Hot Soup for Kansas City to continue their charitable work.
