Stop P Plater's playing full registration for roads they cannot use!

From the 28th of July this year, there are new restrictive laws being put in place byt the South Australian government in relation to provisional license holders with main two restrictions being;
- no more than 1 passenger who is not a direct family member aged between 16 and 20 and;
- a driving ban between 12am and 5am

While these laws are irritating in themselves, there is another issue that needs to be considered. As P platers, you will be paying the same registration fees for your car as a fully qualified driver. You cannot use the roads for 5 hours out of 24. This entitles us to a 20.8% refund reigstration fees, amounting to a total of $179.80 that we are simply having to throw away.

Sign this petition if you feel that this should be changed! The government cannot take rights to the road but make us pay for them anyway!
