125 Street
Just take a look at 125 Street Ave. Lexington Ave. it's a disgrace! Homeless is doing their human waste all over the place garbage also! Drug user also on the streets! Cops do nothing I think they are afraid of them! There schools all over the area also elderly.
THIS MUST STOP LEAVE THEM ON WARDS ISLAND!

Please help with the situation on 125 Street on Lexington Ave.! Sign the petition! Let's clean it up! Drugs and homeless sleeping on the sidewalk human waste all over the place! My mom almost fell walking down that street! Put the drug programs away from our children and elderly!
