Every weekend on 48th St between Figueroa and Hoover the residents are annoyed by our neighbors at: 720 and 724 W. 48th St., who are running an illegal resturant  business in there back yard. Their customers come over and litter our streets with styrofoam containers and cups, paper, beer cans, food and other items that get after making purchases from our neighbors who reside at the above address. In addition to littering our streets, their customers park their cars across our driveway blocking them because their is not ample parking on the street for this type of business. Our neighbors provide entertainment for their customers which include Keroke on loud mics, a DJ who is contantly talking on the mic inbetween songs they either play at a very loud volume, and they will sometimes have bands that come over blowing loud horns and using other instruments like drums. This entertaining a illegal business is conducted every Friday and Saturday of every weekend during the hours of 5:00p.m. until approximately 3:00am. Besides the littering, destrubing the peace and illegal resturant in the backyard, these neighbors go out every morning gathering items that appear to be junk, and they are hoardering these items in the their yard along the side of their house (720 W. 48th St.), and on their front porch at this address. Many times animals such as rats, squarrels, racoons and cats are often seen amongst the junk in the yard because of the trash and fruit from the tree they have in their front yard. When the fruit and leaves fall from this tree they let it lie there for weeks at a time causing an infestation of insects such as roaches, flies and water bugs. The order from cooking whatever it is they are selling to their customers, rotten fruit and trash  over flowing in trash cans is also herrendous. This is a health, safety and nuissance issue.
