Stop Wainfleet from creating animal bylaw endangering animals

This animal bylaw will cause all exotic animals to be caged and never let out or they may be killed. the list includes -ferrets, birds, any reptiles, rabbits. My goal to shut it down we can't be that cruel. I don't want Canada to not be a free country for animals which even we are.
