  • by: Alsace Wu

Black footed ferrets were thought to be extinct in 1970s but a population was found in 1981.The last 18 ferrets were taken into captivity for breeding. There are currently 2 sustaining wild populations from the thought to be extinct in the wild black footed ferrets. The black footed ferret use Prairie dogs for food and burrows for their shelter. These ferrets are endangered and they need to be healthy and have more sustaining wild populations in the world

If you think that the ferrets don't really matter, then no on will care for them and suddenly in 10 years they will be extinct in the wild again. If we make the ferrets go extinct then the president of where the ferrets live which is Mexico, they will get hate from other countries or even their country's people for not taking care for their animals.
