Demand an End to Parental Kidnapping!!!

Today is January 17th, 2019 and my 3 young daughters were kidnapped by their biological father November 23rd, 2018. I have not seen my daughters since then. Regardless of the several videos of physical abuse, police reports, restraining orders needing to be served to him and the active warrants for his arrest he is not being pursued by law enforcement. Everytime I call the serving sheriff's offive they have not and seemingly have not truly attempted to serve the restraining orders to him. I'm under the impression that they have decided that if he ever gets pulled over then it works in their favor for the warrants but if he doesn't then they don't care about the information given about abuse on the children. If their dad abuses them while the sherrifs take their time with the case they will not be charged with anything in relation to the harm brought to any of the children. They just get to take another clients case "unserious" (yes I said that word) while more children are stuck with abusers and that is not justice for anyone's children. So many officers judge you and conclude that you're bitter and they refuse to take cases serious. Meanwhile, while they're busy judging parents based off memories of their past parenting experience.... Our children are left to fend for themselves. I am creating this petition to demand that it no longer be LEGAL for one parent to kidnap children from the other parent and just disappear without a trace, without anyone knowing for sure whether the children are still even living or dead. I am demanding that a law is made that requires parents to check in with a form of CPS legal guardian with the children being present to prove their well being as well as to visit other parents or members from the other side of the children's family. I am demanding that a law be made declaring that it is ILLEGAL to alienate children from their parent or guardian. Signing this petition is stated that you demand that the safety and emotional well being of children becomes a priority and not something neglected just because they are too small to stand up for their rights as HUMANS!!!
