Veternarians should quit when there burned out because Animal care and Compassion come first

Because vets that are burned out tend to not be as compassionate as they Should Be.

I DONT WANT ANYBODY ELSE TO BE TURNED AWAY BECAUSE THE PET HOSPITAL WAS SHORT STAFFED BECAUSE OF INTERNAL DISCONNECT BETWEEN DR. AND EMPLOYEES THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THE DR.WSDENT BURNT OUT AFTER WORKING THERE 20 YEARS OR LONGER AND THE BURNT OUT DR. AND DTAFF HAS LOST THETE COMPASSION.
