RIGHT TO LIFE by Anton Carpena

Article 2 The Right to Life places a duty on the state to protect its citizens lives I am a disabled person who believes that children should be protected as I am the farther of two children who were left to neglect for nine month by local authorities the same local authorities who in Sept 2009 when I became aware a child was at risk and had the evedence to support this I had to report it as everyone has a responsabiliy to Protect Children That child was left to neglect and the abusers used the child's facebook account to make a threat to cut my ear off On 2nd Nov 2009 I became the victim of a serious knife attack after being confronted by a man with a bottle in one hand and knife in the other and my immediate reaction was to turn around and walk away as I got ten meters away I took a heavy blow to the head and went unconsious. My friend Edward was sitting in my passengers seat who called for an ambulance that was the last i can remembe untill i remember being in a Police Station unaware of how I got there I was told it was 4am I cant remember what happened after that It was the next day when i noticed servear headaches, confusion and i could Not remember having a bandage around my head Since that day my life has never been the same and I was fully aware that something was wrong but i did not Know what In Jan 2011 I became Disabled receiving Disssbiliy Living Allowance at the High Rate for care to have someone with me at all times to prevent substantional danger to myself, to have someone awake on a night to Check on me every 20 min to make sure i was ok I was neglected by the local authorities and forced in to hiding sleeping rough on Saddlewoth Moore in hiding in fear of my Life This was after being turnd away at various hospitals as a disabled person who was a victim of torture and my right to Life was in violation I contacted various authorities as a Disabled Person under The Equality Act 2010 in which a duty is placed in local authorities who must Show Due Regard to Persons with Disabilities but it was as if Disabled people did not exit as I was unlawfully discriminated Against but I dont Know why I Sent a letter to the Home Secretary on 5th Jan to rase my conserns about the protection of children, Vulnerable Adults Beng subjected to torture and how my Right to Life has been violated and as Secretary of State she has a duty to protectect peoples loved In her own words as Home Secretary my Main priority is the protection of the Public which i have proven is not the case as I contacted her again as a Disabled Person under The Equality Act 2010 asking how she has showen due regard to a disablev Person who was a victim of torture, My right to Life in violation along with Human Right Act 1998 violations In Article 2,3,5 6,7,8, 10 and 14 by recorded delivery In which she failed to respond leaving my Right to Life in violaton Over time i received the CPS paperwork from incodent on 2nd Nov 2009 the last time i received Medical help and saw that the Statements we're Not my Statement 8 pages and its obvious how signitures are different none are mine and the words used in the Statement are words i would Not use The doctor said history was given he was hit in top of Head with a glass and left a i cant be 100% here it was either 3 or 5cm but it measured 6 inches, stated I was taken to A.& È in Police Car this was all incorect but i did get something to identify what was wromg with me and that was I sustained a head injury and that head injury ended up making me disabled and i had been refused medicak help so i had no diagnosis I knew i had head injury as i was experiencing the symtoms but being refused a genuinine diagnosis from out the area and i was willing to pay for a MRI Head Scan privatley I have been pevented from leaving the area I bouhht a new Car with the intenion being to seek medical Help but this was prevented ad my vehicle was illdgally seized which i put down to North Tyneside Council who had alreadysubjectded me to torture then violated article 2 The Right to Life I canf contact the Police as they are also in violations and refuse to take action when i make a comlplaint and that is because of the home Secretary who is fully aware of me and letting me Live knowing my Life is at risk with no form of help or Services as a disabled person Who now I am not able to Live a.Normal Life Over time i receivd the case paper wirk
