Djibouti and Somaliland Prutal Acts Towards Suspects of Crime

  • recipient: We Condemn the Prutual Acts towards prisoners in Djibouti and in Hargaisa

Recently Somaliland Government transferred suspects of crimes without legal tribunals to Djibouti government. Immediately Djibouti government Started interrogations and prutal investigations towards these suspects, were one prisoner lost his life and others suffered serious injuries.
