Demand all dead pets to be scanned by local councils!

At present cats killed or found dead are not routinely scanned. This is outrageous as people are left distressed not knowing what has happened to their beloved pet. We need to campaign to get this changed and get local councils to scan cats and inform the owners. Many councils have the view that cats are classed along with squirrels and rats! They need to realise that cats are part of a family and not vermin!
