It is known that to improve the legal system in Germany
is and in all Federal countries uniform right is spoken.
We have adequate laws, but because of the injury right to be heard
and the lack of an functional judiciary in the Federal Republic of Germany, they are not implemented.
To exercise our civil and human rights, must be sent competent lay in judicial selection committees and in the selection process participate.
