Family Eviction

On January 2016, my cousin Robert Davis and wife Sherry Davis came to New York state from Florida, along with their 6 children. They both had active warrants. My father George Davis made the decision to help them by giving them a place to stay rent free while they search for a place to live. In the meantime they both had gotten arrested, and my father gained custody of the children. they were both extradited to Florida. when they returned they remained at my fathers rent free. In the meantime my fathers health declined. He had passed. So therefore i gained executer of the estate. I feel that they have been given more than enough time to find a place to live. They claim they can not find a place to live because of money issues, after he recieved 10,000 back in taxes this year along with social security benefits every month. Another excuse is that Robert Davis is a registered sex affender and cant live in school zones. I feel that this is not my problem. my fathers home is being depriciated, as garbage is being piled in my fathers vehicles. kids have spray painted on railings, drawing on furniture with crayons and marker. There was never any lease agreement. because my father never intended for them to stay permenently. Because of circumstances, its been 2 years. Land taxes are going to be due in October, and winter is coming. My fathers wishes was for me to live there, i can not pay my rent and maintain that household as well. I feel ive been more than fair to them because of the children, and its time for them to be adults and find their own place, as I am ready to move into my fathers home.
