Demand Execution To Animal Abusers

The world is a damn evil place. People abuse animals/kill them and guess what? All they get is a bloody FINE! A fine for the life of an innocent animal. We need to put a stop to this. People are saying HUMAN LIFE MATTERS MORE. I'm like: seriously? Animals deserve as much right as we have to live, probably have even more right. Recently, somebody cut of a dog's leg and dumped the innocent puppy with no legs into ice cold water for it to die. Luckily, passers by saw and rescued the puppy in time. However, the evil disgrace to the human race just got a FINE! Plus, not all animals will be able to get rescued in time, some won't make it. Sign this petition and make a difference. Animals deserve more right and respect.
