HALT INVOLUNTARY ANNEXATION BY NOLANVILLE, TX

The proposed annexation does not offer us any benefits. The benefits offered we already have and do not need a city government to manage. The city has "cherry picked" properties to annex, they have ignored properties that have a lessor value. Higher taxes and the restrictions of our rights to manage our property is what annexation will cause us as property owners.

This is a formal request to cease and desist on the proposed annexation of county residents by Nolanville City Council.  We are opposed to the annexation and feel that taxation without representation is illegal.  That is why this country was founded.  Prior to annexation those involved need to be given a voice in the matter.
