End distribution fee on our light bill

This distribution fee on,our light bills every month from consumers energy is outrageous. Some people can't afford it. Some people are on disability, yet I've seen the fee as high as 235.00 a month on top of their light bill. How can people afford too live? I among,other people want too see the fee removed. Its hard enough too pay all your bills on disability, let alone pay a distrubtion fee as well. Lets end it please.
