"Umpqua Community College"-Massacre      Roseburg, Oregon

 October 1, 2015:  

A twenty-six year old, enrolled college student, and "lone-gunman", claimed the lives of nine innocent victims. Lucas Eibel, 18. Rebecka Carnes, 18. Quinn Cooper, 18. Lucero Alcaraz, 19. Treven Anspach, 20. Jason Johnson, 33. Sarena Moore, 44. Kim Dietz, 59. Lawrence Levine, 67. 

Nine more innocent victims, left severely injured.

United States-School Safety & Prevention Act: Proposals

1. Government mandated Surveillance Systems in ALL Public Schools Nationwide.

2. Government mandated Metal Detectors in ALL Public Schools Nationwide.

3. Government mandate that no student enrolled in any Public School Nationwide may be legally excused through electronic form of computer generated email or device such as phone. ALL Public School students must legally be excused by legal guardian in person upon written notice.

4. Government mandate making it illegal for registered sex offenders to live within five to ten mile radius of a public school zone.

5. a.) Government mandate requiring ALL Public Schools Nationwide to have armed security, and separate security office.

    b.) Government mandate requiring ALL Federally Funded Community Colleges

         and Federally Funded Universities to have armed security and separate

         security office.

Plan of Action:
I am seeking 1 million signatures from 1 million U.S. citizens (Registered Voters) to sign the petition for the United States-School Safety & Prevention Act online.
