Petition MD DA to file rape charges.

This petition is to gather support to get State of Maryland's District Attorney to file rape and other proper charges for crimes of  rape of an adolescent in during years if 1982 to 1990 and rape of same young adult by a different rapist during years of 1992-1994.  This young female was raped by her biological father John Lionel Oubre in her adolescence 7-9 times and by Jermaine Levon Fleming  a co worker at a textile company in Maryland  almost 24-26 times.  This first rapist JLO brutally beat his biological daughter on her back punching her while sodomizing her which damaged her back and her ability to function normally in society.  This other rapist JLF raped this young female whom was a co worker of hers almost 24-26 times in 15 months.   If you do not not already know of these effects of rape on victims her life has been filled with misery, fear of recurring rapes, healing and therapy, while these rapists have gone on to live their lives although in guilt they have not been punished for these crimes.  This rapist JLO is still enacting   harmful reputation destroying abuse, subliminal covert sexual abuse, manipulation of resources to be helped destruction of relationships for purposes of preventing her from filing charges, slandering therapists and others whom have helped this survivor in past and subliminal threats to kill her if she talks of these rapes, JLF this other rapists torments her.  This current attempt has been to utilize unseen rumor spreading in an attempt to demolish his biological daughter's reputation.  This is important to file charges quickly as these threats on her life are not  in written word and not easily provable and DA has to act quickly before one of their attempts harms her.  I want each signer of this petition to sign with their name and  which has to include full first and last name and can include a middle initial with a city and state and voter registriation card numbers.  These sig atures will not be considered valid without these numbers if you can place voter registration card numbers next to city name where that might not be seen in internet.   This is a sample Charlie W.
